We are looking to grow our Bilingual (French / English ) Customer Service Team!!
- This role will be trained during the day and evenings for a few months and will eventually move to some Overnight Shifts
- Must be available to train days and evenings - once training is completed you will be considered for overnight coverage, which can include shifts from 7:00pm-3:00am, 11pm-7am or 3:00am-11:00am EST
- Overnight premium $4/hour (for hours worked between 11pm-7am)
- Availability must be Monday-Sunday
- With Incentives, fully trained team members can make between $20-$23 per hour every pay!
- Fully paid training. Hourly base rate during training period is 19.00$ plus evening and weekend shift incentives of 1$-1.75$ PLUS biweekly bonus of up to 2.00$/hr once fully trained!!

We are an inbound only (no sales) Call Centre looking for strong bilingual candidates to become part of our growth initiative.
This is a permanent full time (40 hours/week) position.
Who We Are and What We do…
On Call Centre is an inbound message centre that is open 24/7/365 days a year. There are no sales or marketing calls.
Our agents answer calls for various types of industries such as trades, real estate, property management etc. We take and dispatch messages to our clients following defined scripts and call out protocols.
Strong fluency in both French and English, written and spoken is REQUIRED.
Shift Premiums
- Mon-Fri evening shift premium $1/hour (for hours worked between 4pm-11pm)
- Weekend shift premium $1.75/hour
- Overnight premium $4/hour (for hours worked between 11pm-7am)
- Bi-Weekly Performance Bonus up to 3$ per hour once fully trained
We are looking for candidates who…
- Have a current/valid police check.
- Have 2+ years experience in customer service (Call Centre preferable)
- Have strong attendance and punctuality
- Can work evenings/weekends and split shifts
Remote work is available. Candidates interested in working remote must have a quiet non-interrupted workspace if they wish to work from home.
