Call Centre Agent - Evening & Weekends

EKOS requires part-time Call Centre Agents to work in our dynamic survey centre located in downtown Ottawa. As a representative, you would be responsible for professionally conducting and documenting telephone interviews using our online CallWeb system.

All Call Centrerepresentatives (Bilingual [E/F]) must demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.

EKOS believes in the importance of work-life balance, Interviewers with us are offered Flexible*Scheduling* . EKOS understands personal commitments can vary week to week, why we are the only local Call Centre to offer ALL interviewers the freedom of choosing their very own weekly work commitments.

Hours of Operation: Weekday evenings between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM , Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.(these hours can vary, depending on workload requirements)
