  • Work closely with the Future of Work members to align priorities across the pillars of people, space and technology.
  • Support effective change management and adoption of WWW practices and considerations across the enterprise which support progression in CMHC’s WWW maturity.
  • Research industry trends and best practices and develop creative solutions to ensure a continued focus on the most current and innovative industry trends that support progression in our maturity model.

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), in French and English, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence a variety of stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience converting analytical results into actionable recommendations that create business value.
  • Solid project management skills (managing budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, within scope and budget).
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
