Position Hiring:*
Build Crew Manager ( Part-time / Full-time)

Requirements:

• Experienced in crew coordination, supervision and scheduling.
• Able to monitor and analyze crew productivity, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased efficiency.
• Familiar with wood carpentry work (from wood selection, to cutting and building, all from scratch).
• Prior experience with sanding and painting would be an asset.
• Basic knowledge with 12V electronics wiring & connections (LED lightings, maglocks, linear actuators) would be a bonus.
• Able to manage projects that involve building simple wooden boxes to designing and finishing more complex game mechanisms with our tech team.
• Able to manage projects responsibly with a given budget.
• Able to cope with fresh and creative project ideas including sourcing unfamiliar parts and materials to meet project standards.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members regarding to complex projects.
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge with 3D printing, laser cutting, laser engraving, CNC cutting would be a bonus.
• Mandatory post-secondary education required.
