As a leader reporting to the Manager - Talent, Corporate, you will be responsible for bringing to life a human resources Business Partner model approach by creating a strong culture around people’s engagement, collaboration and synergy that contribute to our mission of invoking the imagination, provoking the senses and evoking emotion among our Cirque employees. You will be responsible for influencing stakeholders in various sectors to build an integrated and innovative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Be the Business Partner for select Cirque du Soleil International Headquarters teams, partnering with our global HR strategy;
- Ensure that business units have some impact through consultation, coaching and influence, to ensure compliance and the best HR guiding principles;
- Build alliances and healthy working relationships across all corporate functions at the Montreal International Head Office;
- Create value and influence customer groups through data analysis.
You possess the following professional and technical skills:
- A university degree in a relevant field and in-depth knowledge of various aspects of human resources;
- More than three to five years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced culture;
- Credibility based on your knowledge and excellent judgment;
- Experience in HR support activities across multiple sites, with a proven track record of practical approaches;
- A flexible, action-oriented and results-driven approach that makes a decisive impact;
- A strong ability to build lasting relationships and influence others independently;
- A passion for talent development, innovation and change management, and a mastery of engagement approaches.
