We are currently looking for a flexible, casual receptionist to help with vacation and sick day coverage.
The hours for this position would vary from morning, evening, weekday and weekend shifts, with a potential for a permanent, part-time posisition in the future.

- Experience using Jane App is preferred
- Experience with third-party billing, ICBC, and WCB
- Must be available to work mornings, evenings week days and Saturdays
- Great phone manner, client service-oriented, friendly with a positive attitude
- A mature, confident individual that enjoys taking control and leading the charge
- A passion for customer service and building customer relationships
- Relevant training or experience in the medical field, such as Medical Office Assistant, or Medical Unit Clerk
- A desire to learn new technologies plus savvy computer skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
