Chiropractic Receptionist

Rockwood Family Wellness Centre is looking for a friendly, reliable front desk receptionist to join our team.

Duties include:

- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Greeting and assisting all patients
- Obtaining and processing patient paperwork
- Conducting patient intakes & updating existing files
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.

- printing daily reports

- taking payments; POS, cash, cheque
- balancing end of day patient payments
- clinic laundry; towels, massage bedding

- light housekeeping duties; vacuum, tidying of clinic
- Assisting management in any other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

- Organizational Skills
- Very strong attention to detail

- ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Computer skills including, Word
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Very effective verbal, written and listening skills
- Must possess strong customer service, and phone skills

Hours

Monday 1 to 7pm

Tuesday 8-noon 1 to 7pm

Wednesdays noon to 5pm

Thursdays 8-noon

One Saturday per month

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
