Soar in an intimate, multi-disiplinary wellness clinic. We are looking for someone friendly and reliable to work part-time at the Front Desk. Applicants must be enthusiastic, sociable and detail-oriented. If you are team-oriented and are comfortable being social and chatting with waiting patients we would love to meet you.
The position is PART-TIME
Wed: 1:45-7:15 pm and Thursday's 9:45-7:15 pm. Opportunity for every other saturday as well.
Total Hours: 13-14 hours (+6 on Saturdays every other week)
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive.
- Answer the phone and take messages.
- Use a computer, calculator, credit card machine, and other office equipment.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Schedule appointments
- Process payments and billing with Telus e-claims
- Experience with the Jane booking system is preferred.
Dr. Taylor is a chiropractor who specializes in pre and post-natal treatments as well as peadiatrics. However, we will be seeing a wide range of people with different health conditions as well.
