Office manager position will start out Monday Wednesday Friday 9 to 4 pm then work up to 5 days a week. Have to take on call phone every second weekend and alternate days through out the week. MUST HAVE CLEANING EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO TRAIN STAFF.
Experience
-Cleaning experience is an asset.

- Familiarity with training development principles and techniques

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Supervise and manage staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and handle incoming calls in a courteous manner
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff members
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with team members
