Position Overview:
In the Client Care / Office Manager position you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. This role encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities, from general administrative duties answering phones etc to orchestrating community events, maintaining organizational efficiency, and overseeing CRM functions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a passion for providing excellent Client Care, have exceptional organizational skills and a positive attitude we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support
Coordinate and manage real estate transactions paperwork
Schedule and organize client meetings, appointments, and book showings
Ensure seamless communication within the team
Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Assist in managing team members calendars, schedules, and appointments
Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Social Media:
Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms
Event Planning:
Assist & coordinate the planning and organizing of community events and client appreciation initiatives. Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners for successful event execution
CRM Management:
Utilize and manage our CRM system for efficient client relationship management
Update and maintain client information and communication records
Collaborate with team members to optimize CRM functionality
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Client Care/administrative roles (preferably in a real estate setting)
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Social media savvy
Familiarity with CRM systems is a must
Computer Proficiency is important
Positive attitude, adaptability to a wide range of daily tasks
Salary:
Starting Salary ($50,000/year)
*Salary may be adjusted as per candidates experience/qualifications.
