Client Intakes, Marketing and Social-Media

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to assist with our Marketing, Social-
Media and Client Intake efforts.

The successful applicant will have an aptitude in marketing, ideally with experience in a legal setting, as well as working experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
This role will include a strong focus in assisting with the firm’s marketing activities, which may include not only managing social media accounts and our website, but proactively identifying new opportunities for the firm to grow, and potentially attending events and functions as a key representative of the firm.

Our client intake staff are the first point of contact for prospective clients. Although client contact will primarily be through telephone calls, emails and text messages are also a common medium of client communication. The fundamental objective of this position is to listen to the client’s situation and in a sympathetic but efficient manner, obtain and document the necessary information. The ability to actively listen and ask relevant questions while displaying empathy, is highly beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory for this position. Reliability is essential, so physical attendance and commitment to this “in the office” job are vital.

Prior employment, education or experience in a marketing, legal or administrative setting is an advantage. Post-secondary education is a significant asset, and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written are essential. A background in sales/customer service in a professional setting is also desirable.

Salary: $22.00-$26.39 per hour
