Job description

We are Creative Outdoor Advertising, a North American Canadian-based street furniture advertising company. We have been selling advertising space on benches, recycling units, and bus shelters since 1984. We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of our sales support division to exceed our client’s expectations of quality and customer service.

Compensation, Schedule, and Position Details:

Annual Salary of $42,000 and working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

This position can be on-site at our offices in Gormley, Ontario, but you will need your own reliable transportation. Our office is not located on a transit line, but we do offer free parking. This position can also be worked as a hybrid or work-from-home position. For the work-from-home option, you must have a secure high-speed internet connection and a quiet office space free from interruptions.

Training may be done on-site, even for a work-from-home option, so please keep this in mind for the application and training process.

Responsibilities: Responding to, and investigating, all client customer service questions and taking the necessary steps to resolve all items raised including:

  • Respond to PNC’s (Possible New Clients) with questions regarding our street furniture and advertising services and products
  • Quarterback issues that have become a concern for clients and make sure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist the sales process with current In-house clients, sending and uploading agreements to secure a location
  • Email client statements, invoices, and work with accounting to answer questions
  • Provide email and phone coverage for sales reps while away (vacation/travel)
  • Respond and assist with company website live chats for leads and clients
  • Assist sales reps with issues to provide ongoing training and support
  • Liaise with Operations team for new unit requests and installations
  • Enter work orders and perform general account management
  • First in line to answer incoming customer phone calls
  • Manage In-house client-renewals
  • Enter work orders for sales reps

Our ideal candidate:

  • Advanced (above average) MS Office skills including Microsoft Teams; Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based technologies. They are also quite comfortable learning new programs, such as Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, must love talking on the phone and be a good communicator
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a reputation for exceeding customer expectations
  • The ability to anticipate, execute, and take ownership while managing multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Really good at multi-tasking and managing multiple requests and setting priorities of importance
  • Has a willingness to use our low-key, low-pressure sales approach, and follow all the training steps
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective coordination skills
  • University Degree and/or College Diploma
  • Self-starter, an independently motivated
  • Strong problem-solving skills
