We’re looking for a proactive Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative support for our company. You will provide front and back office support to clients and internal employees as needed. This is a customer service level position in our company though suitable for a candidate with management potential. The Client Services Coordinator role is fast-paced, so you must be able to act decisively and adapt quickly. This role will take advantage of your multitasking and communication skills. Reporting directly to the Doctor and owner, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimum supervision. Ultimately, you should be ready to help grow our clinic's positive impact by providing excellent customer support at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
