Client Service Representative

With a rich history spanning 15 years, we are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Service Representative to become an integral part of our tight-knit team.

We are seeking an ideal candidate with a proven track record, and while experience in customer financial planning is beneficial, it's not a prerequisite. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and adept at working autonomously. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, MS Office, and Word will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email

• Assist clients with product information, and issue resolution

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience

• Provide feedback to improve overall services based on client interactions

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous Client Service experience preferred

• Familiarity with financial planning a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
