We are seeking an ideal candidate with a proven track record, and while experience in customer financial planning is beneficial, it's not a prerequisite. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and adept at working autonomously. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, MS Office, and Word will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
- Assist clients with product information, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Provide feedback to improve overall services based on client interactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Client Service experience preferred
- Familiarity with financial planning a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
