Position Overview: As a Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational excellence of our Penticton location, supporting the growth and development of our dedicated team, including Counsellors, Volunteers, Interns, and administrative staff. The role is dedicated to ensuring quality experiences for all clients seeking counselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Collaboration
- Collaborate with Clinic Directors, other OK Clinical Therapy Group Clinic Managers, and various administrative teams to maintain positive relationships and ensure cohesive clinic operations.
Team Development
- Lead the training and development of administrative team members, fostering an environment of efficiency and excellence.
- Provide support to Counsellors and Non-Clinical Staff, addressing opportunities and challenges that arise within the clinic.
Operational Excellence
- Execute leadership tasks, manage client services, and support administrative functions, including intake to ensure streamlined operations.
- Maintain facility standards, including cleanliness and maintenance, and engage with service providers as needed.
Location Management
- Oversee the Penticton location, ensuring efficient room bookings, scheduling, and adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with Community Relations Manager on community engagement tasks.
Financial Oversight
- Manage bank deposits, office supplies purchases, and other financial aspects of clinic operations.
- Understand and contribute to financial metrics, supporting overall business success.
Program Management
- Actively engage with current programs and seek opportunities for new programs to enhance our counselling services.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on day-to-day operations and business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration, customer service and management or related field.
- Experience as a supervisor or in team management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operational systems and software applications.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage diverse responsibilities.
