HLBC’s comprehensive self-care and health system navigation services focus on quality client services to consumers and health care professionals. This position is responsible for providing scheduling services to HLBC call centres to ensure optimum service and performance levels for clients are met while continuing to adhere to collective agreement provisions and internal policies. This position ensures accurate timekeeping submission for payroll processing purposes for HLBC Telehealth Call Centres.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum (1) one year experience in scheduling staff in a healthcare or call centre environment (i.e. workforce planning).
  • Experience with the review and improvement of existing and/or developing new processes and standards (i.e. call centre metrics).
Preference may be given for:
  • Completed training or coursework in call centre operations, or related diploma/certificate. i.e. administration.
  • Experience with managing employee schedules in a 24/7 operation.
  • Experience applying collective agreement(s) (i.e. BCGEU, BCNU) to scheduling processes.
