Tapestry at Victoria Harbour is our newest community on Vancouver Island. At Tapestry, residents live healthy, engaged, purposeful and socially connected lives and experience personalized, resident-centric service. In this role, you are responsible for performing reception and administrative duties, including active screening/greeting of residents and visitors, answering incoming calls, assisting residents with various inquiries and transportation bookings, and monitoring alarm and emergency call systems. We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service, interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills. This position is for someone who can work a variety of shifts including evenings 3pm-11pm and weekends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of one-year experience in a fast-paced, high-quality establishment
- Detail-oriented with an ability to work collaboratively and multi-task
- Excellent communicator with a passion for service
- Looking for meaningful work with a growth-oriented organization
- AED Certification preferred
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekends, afternoons and evenings
- Class 4 license or willingness to obtain an asset
