What You Will Be Doing:
As Content Manager, you'll be pivotal in steering our B2B growth journey. Thrive in crafting compelling content strategies, enhancing online presence, spearheading social media growth, and optimizing the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Marketing Plans:
- Develop and execute go-to-market communication strategies to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee a comprehensive B2B content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
- Leverage technology and CRM platforms to optimize the customer journey and boost conversion rates.
Writing & Email Marketing:
- Craft compelling content for weekly e-blasts, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Analyze insights to refine and enhance email communications for increased engagement and conversion.
- Regularly publish success stories and blogs to showcase the impact of our initiatives.
Sales & Customer Success Tools:
- Drive online sales through the optimization and expansion of website functionalities.
- Contribute to the creation of sales presentations, tradeshow assets, and digital content.
- Monitor and enhance SEO strategies, as well as manage digital advertising initiatives.
Social Media & Public Relations:
- Foster growth and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage inquiries to uphold a positive brand image.
- Strengthen the company's brand voice across various platforms.
Mentorship:
- Provide guidance to foster a collaborative team culture within the marketing department.
- Mentor Coordinator(s) and Coops to support their professional growth.
Some travel is required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communications.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and technology-driven marketing.
- Leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience that sets you apart:
- Passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
- CRM experience (Zoho, MailChimp, Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Shopify, and Hootsuite.
- Event/Trade Show management.
