Project Overview
Bechtel Infrastructure has been appointed as the Delivery Partner (DP) within an Integrated Project Team (IPT) comprising the customer, Metrolinx and its Technical Authority (TA) for the Ontario Line Subway (OLS) Project. The project scope includes the design build, operation and maintenance of all infrastructure and rail systems associated with 15 stations and over 15km of new alignment, being delivered through three major Public Private Partnership (P3) contracts and multiple Early and Advanced works (EAW) contracts. The OLS Project is planned to open for revenue service in 2031. As the DP, Bechtel forms a key part of the overall leadership of the OLS Project. 
  
Responsibilities
-Becomes knowledgeable with various contract management tasks and the Standard Work Process Procedures applicable to Contract Administration.
-Administers assigned contracts tasks while providing management with information regarding status or potential difficulties.
-Becomes knowledgeable on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, contract performance, contract administration and other major matters.
-Drafts contract changes by obtaining necessary information from various stakeholders and reviewing with management.
-Carry out contract interpretations to support change analysis.
-Drafts responses to the letters received from the Contractors and coordinates review with various stakeholders.
-Be responsible for document control of the contract documentation.
-Attends various meeting, takes minutes of meeting and distribute in accordance with distribution matrix.
-Supports preparation of periodic status and ad-hoc reports for management
-Review RFIs and daily reports for potential commercial issues.
-Facilitate contract closeout and confirm all commercial documentary and technical requirements are met or reconciled prior to completion.
-Support the team in meeting their Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics, tracking and evidence.
-General contract administration duties.
 
Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualification
-Undergraduate Degree in a pertinent field of construction, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or Supply Management. Demonstrated continuous learning in relevant fields of study
-Holding or pursuing recognized certifications in specified fields of Contracts Management, Program Management, or Procurement Management will be considered as an asset
-7+ years of experience overall
-1+ years of experience in Contract, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field
 
Additional Qualifications
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Excellent reading comprehension
-Ability to learn other commercial management, procurement, and project management software on the job
-Highly organized and able to multitask
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
