The Coordinator, Training & Quality Assurance, Housekeeping Services is responsible for overall coordination of the Quality Assurance program for Housekeeping Services. The Coordinator plays a lead role in development and delivery of a comprehensive training plan for housekeeping staff ensuring linkages to strategic priorities and infection prevention and control principles. The Coordinator participates in program and service delivery planning, implementation, evaluations and reporting requirements. The incumbent will manage and monitor ongoing refresher training programs, auditing and coaching for all housekeeping staff.
Starting salary will be approximately from $65,884 to $82,355 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
•Bachelor's degree in business or similar field with an emphasis on adult education and training and a minimum of three (3) years related experience preferably in a healthcare field.
•Or an equivalent combination of education, Training & experience.

•Ability to analyze and interpret evaluation results of training.
•Demonstrated skills and abilities in oral and written communications, public speaking, presentation and facilitation.
