Summary
In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our Customer Service and business administration activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with our high standards. You'll be a problem-solver, a mediator, and a facilitator, dealing with both internal and external clients to uphold our company’s excellent reputation. Travel to Lethbridge will be required for training for a two-week period, accommodations and expenses paid by Company.
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
- Educational Background: Business Administration with a focus on Customer Service
- Experience Required: 3-5 years in Customer Service, preferably in insurance or collision repair
- Administrative Expertise: 3-5 years of experience, with a knack for Microsoft Office and Excel
- Skills: Exceptional Customer Service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mind, organized, and a quick learner with software programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for clerical and administrative support in Customer Service
- Bridge the gap between customers, insurance companies, and internal departments
- Streamline processes, control document flow, and ensure policy compliance
- Educate and train on corporate policies and procedures
- Liaise effectively, ensuring information accuracy for project success
- Tackle special projects, support departmental goals, and submit timely reports
- Uphold corporate policies, including Health and Safety, Quality, and HR practices

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
