Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly targets.Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- Assist with resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales and Customer Service team to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and Customer Service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
