Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide product information and answer inquiries.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly targets.Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
• Assist with resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales and Customer Service team to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and Customer Service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
