WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Concentrix Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
- Primarily receive Inbound Customer Service Calls.
- Provide a solution-based approach with each customer interaction including:
- Sharing facts and features about the clients' products to ensure the product meets the customer's needs, such as Cell phones and Smart Home monitoring.
- Supporting Business class customers who either own their own business and or have a discount through a major company they work for. Sales attempts required on all calls.
- Thoroughly answering questions and resolving any concerns regarding billing concerns, new account or phone orders, business needs such as Unison, connected home and starting to get into basic cable packages
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:
- Some sales (any kind) preferred but not required
- 6 Months Customer Service Required
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
