As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
