Responsibilities
- Answer phones, emails, texts, and website messages.
- Process all quotes, orders and quality issues.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Product Specialists.
- Assume full ownership of any quality issues and orders that Sales routes to you.
- Escalating unknown answers for quality concerns or challenges to the Product Specialist.
- Processes cases promptly with accuracy, minimizing case cycle times.
- Record customer contacts in CRM.
- Generating case and order acknowledgments.
- Stay current and knowledgeable on HERD product lines.
- Knowledge and use of HERD software programs.
- Maintain conflict-free and productive relationships with other team members.
- Participate in daily WIP meetings.
- Practice practical time management skills.
- Observe and absorb the company's vision and objectives by using all required communications channels. (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Pursue activities that create value for your team and the company.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but previous experience will also be considered.
- At least one year of experience in sales, Customer Service, or marketing.
- Knowledge of the trucking/automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex product details.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Schedule: 1) Monday to Friday, 7:30m - 4:00 pm
2) Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Location: 2168 Springfield Rd, Winnipeg, with the possibility to work from home occasionally.
