Role Description

Bagwell is looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities of the role will mainly revolve around servicing new and existing customers, and will include:

· Responding to incoming calls and emails

· Answering questions regarding our product line and making product recommendations

· Gathering the necessary information to process orders efficiently

· Occasionally assisting the team in other areas of the business, including warehouse, receiving, and shipping

This role is an entry level position to our organization which has a direct path leading to more senior sales or account management positions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications/characteristics:

· Great phone skills with excellent Customer Service rapport

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Moderate computer skills with a base-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Organized and detail-oriented with the ability complete the order process from initial contact to payment

· Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system is an asset

· A team player who is respectful of others

· Experience in industrial packaging or related businesses is also advantageous
