```Duties```
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to customers with professionalism and attention to detail
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales revenue
- Process customer payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong math skills for accurately handling payments and making change
- Basic math skills for calculating order totals, discounts, and tips
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in the food industry
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to effectively communicate with the kitchen staff
- Proficiency in food service techniques, including carrying trays, balancing plates, etc.
- Proper food handling knowledge to ensure safety standards are met
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
