Vernon Veterinary Clinic requires a full time (35-40 hours a week) client Service Representative/receptionist to join our team.
This individual will be enthusiastic, punctual, responsible with a strong work ethic, flexible and possess the initiative to work individually as well as work well as a team. The clinic is fast paced and the ability to multitask is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system
- Schedule appointments
- Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings
- Respond and manage email correspondence
- Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment
- File documents electronically
- Stock shelves
- Additional administrative & housekeeping duties
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $19.00 per hour

Experience:
- Veterinary: 1 year (preferred)
