This role will require someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and a passion for providing exceptional Customer Service. This role will include but is not limited to:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Quoting, booking, and tracking shipments
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner via phone and e-mail
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and continuous follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist customers with tracking enquiries, problem solving and assisting to find solutions for deliveries or pickups that do not proceed as planned
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
