Position Summary
The position of Customer Service Representative involves a wide range of general Customer Service and office related duties including communicating with clients by phone and email, handling and processing customer inquiries and working with our computerized data base.
To succeed in this role, you must effectively handle and manage a workload in a busy office atmosphere with a wide variety of duties and changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· Excellent communication & Customer Service skills
· Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
· Computer skills familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook
· Receiving and placing Customer Service telephone calls
· Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
· Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on Customer Service issues
· Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
Minimum Required Education and Experience
· Previous Office Experience
· Grade 12 education
· Positive Customer Service experience
· Demonstrated ability to manage key constituent relationships, including customers, business partners and government agencies.
· Ability to clearly identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcoming internal and external challenges or obstacles faced by the organization.
