Liberty Tax Service Inc. is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with excellent Customer Service skills for our Office located in Thompson, MB.
What You Will Be Doing?

- Providing professional Customer Service to clients in person/over the phone
- Providing administrative assistance to office staff
- Cover the receptionist desk when needed
- Call clients to book/confirm appointments, provide information
- Process payments using a POS system
- Willing to learn/be trained in tax preparation
What You Need For This Position?
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Strongly detail oriented
- Experience working in a fast-pace environment.
