Customer Service Representative

Liberty Tax Service Inc. is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with excellent Customer Service skills for our Office located in Thompson, MB.

What You Will Be Doing?

Our professionals are an integral part of our business. Here are some of the things you’ll enjoy doing working at Liberty Tax.

• Providing professional Customer Service to clients in person/over the phone
• Providing administrative assistance to office staff
• Cover the receptionist desk when needed
• Call clients to book/confirm appointments, provide information
• Process payments using a POS system
• Willing to learn/be trained in tax preparation

What You Need For This Position?

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Strongly detail oriented
• Experience working in a fast-pace environment.
