As the first point of contact with our Members, the Customer Service Representativeis a critical part of the FBC team. They demonstrate a positive energy and consistently provide exceptional Customer Service to FBC Members.

Please note that this position will report directly in person to our Kelowna, BC branch office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Our successful candidate will:
- Provide exemplary Customer Service to FBC Members
- Collaborate with other team members/departments to manage and exceed Member expectations
- Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of front-line Customer Service experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
- An aptitude for learning
- Superior organizational skills
- Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
- A working knowledge of MS Office
