- Conduct data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system
- Utilize sales techniques to identify upselling opportunities and promote additional products or services
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
Skills:
- Strong Customer service skills with a passion for helping others
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
