The role we are seeking to fill is on our Enterprise Print Team. You would be joining one of Canada’s largest independent print companies in a key role handling requests from our enterprise print customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling specific customer inboxes, replying to customer requests, providing quotes, inputting sales orders, and communicating timelines with our customers. While there is no experience required, we will be seeking individuals that have the following skillset:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Interest and/or familiarity with office technologies is preferred
- Proficient computer skills- in particular Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Hard working and enthusiastic
- Punctual and willingness to work long days if required
- Ability to follow processes
- Accuracy and timeliness
- Strong written communication skills
