Looking to hire a motivated and responsible individual to work at our second vape store located in Dunnvile, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients in the store
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products to customers when appropriate
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred (with or without vaping product knowledge)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is a plus
