ISB Global Services (ISB) is a trusted provider of background checks, driver qualification systems, supply chain security programs, insurance technology (insurtech), insurance-related documents and insurance-specific investigative services for small, medium and large-sized institutions.

ISB is looking for a new Information Specialist to join its Awesome Team!

Office Location: Guelph, ON

This is a hybrid position with 2 days working in the office and 3 days working from home

Information Specialist Responsibilities:

• Processing orders of documents for Insurance claim purposes.
• Ensure accuracy of reports/results being sent to the client.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with ISB clients and vendors across North America
• Answering incoming telephone calls with a high level of Customer Service
• Process mail (manual or electronic) promptly
• Ensure monthly and yearly goals and expectations are met
• Attend meetings, training, seminars, and events assigned by the Team Lead and/or Operations Manager

Information Specialist Requirements:

• High school diploma or associate’s degree
• Experience as an fast-paced setting office
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
• Warm personality with strong communication skills
• Pro-active (can-do) attitude
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook)
• Multitasking, Problem-solver, Quick Learner
• Inbound calls/call centre experience
• Customer care (preferably 2 years in a call center or admin typed environment)

Bonus:

• Great regional knowledge (within Ontario)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: $19.00 per hour
