The FBI Group is a leading Third Party Logistics Provider offering LTL, TL, Warehousing & White Glove Service throughout North America. We are located in Vaughan ON and have been in business for 30 years.
- Receive, analyze and process booking requests from our customers to identify, validate and support service requirements requested.
- Entering, updating, and processing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments.
- Assist in preparing and transmitting shipping documents.
- Support partner carriers by securing, reviewing, and forwarding customs documents, to ensure the customs process is set up and processed correctly.
- Complete customer reporting and tracking updates, ensuring orders are delivered on time, as scheduled.
- Assisting dispatchers in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues and activities.
- Up selling our products and services
- Provide spot quotes to clients.
- Creating and updating Customer, Shipper, and Consignee profile records.
- Ensure the timely resolution of Customer inquiries, concerns, and problems.
- Create and maintain SOPs for accounts as assigned.
- Remain current regarding transportation and industry market conditions throughout North America to provide insight to clients.
- Identify areas for improvement and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Remote after-hours support is required on a rotation basis.
