Customer Service Team Member

Ici Paris, Toronto's skin care clinic + spa is seeking the right candidate for the Customer Service Representative position. This is a permanent, full-time position with weekends required.

We are looking for an extraordinary individual who has experience working in a retail, cosmetic, clinic or spa environment. The candidate should be a high energy team player with excellent interpersonal skills, experience dealing in Customer Service, keen attention to detail, and an interest in pursuing a career in the field of skin care. The perfect candidate will possess caring personality with a positive mindset.

Duties include:
Independent and efficient running of front desk operations with the goal of ensuring a relaxing and indulgent client experience.
Selling of retail product, gift certificates and services to clients in a professional and ethical manner.
Performing a variety of general administrative tasks.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
A passion for working with people
Exemplary Customer Service skills
Strong command of written and spoken English
Ability to multitask
2+ years working in a retail, cosmetic, clinic or spa environment (passionate about skin care and medical aesthetic)

Computer skills are an asset

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
