Customer Service Representative

Duties:

- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all patrons
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Process customer orders and payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and serve food items according to established standards
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers efficiently

Experience:

- Previous experience in Customer Service or food service is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and Team Members
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices
