Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computerized databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with data collection and analysis as needed
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for Data Entry and record keeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
- Strong Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
