Administrator
Duties:
- Manage and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations in a medical office or dental office setting
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
Skills:
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Experience working in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred
