Dental Administrator

Our growing dental clinic is looking to add Dental Administrator(s) to our experienced team of dental professionals. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with an experienced team, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ability to travel to multiple clinics when/if needed within close proximity to major cities in Alberta
• Greet and check in patients.
• Answer and assist incoming telephone calls.
• Scheduling all incoming referrals and managing appointments.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and an extremely patient-focused approach with an understanding of systems and processes.
• Verify and send insurance claims
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Other

• Participate in meetings and training as required.
• Maintain current knowledge (technology, billing, practice admin, own job responsibilities)
• Develop and maintain positive interactions with patients.
• Undertake any other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Dental Office Administration experience
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work independently.
• Team player with the ability to be flexible and work in a busy environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Outgoing personality
