Our growing dental clinic is looking to add Dental Administrator(s) to our experienced team of dental professionals. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with an experienced team, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to travel to multiple clinics when/if needed within close proximity to major cities in Alberta
- Greet and check in patients.
- Answer and assist incoming telephone calls.
- Scheduling all incoming referrals and managing appointments.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and an extremely patient-focused approach with an understanding of systems and processes.
- Verify and send insurance claims
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Other
- Participate in meetings and training as required.
- Maintain current knowledge (technology, billing, practice admin, own job responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain positive interactions with patients.
- Undertake any other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Dental Office Administration experience
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently.
- Team player with the ability to be flexible and work in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Outgoing personality
