Job Description

We are looking for an experienced dental Receptionist/Administrator that would be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming new patients
• Answering incoming calls and respond in a timely manner
• Scheduling and confirming existing and upcoming patient appointments
• Liaise with insurance providers for billings, breakdowns, predeterminations and payment reconciliations and be able to effectively communicate this with patients
• Keeping the guest experience fantastic
• Experienced is required
• Working with ABELDENT is an asset*
