Dental Receptionist

North Shore Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a permanent Dental Receptionist. We have wonderful friendly patients and a great support team.

Job Description:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the dental office's calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about dental services
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing patient files
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Dentrix
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
