We are a professional company and our goal is to Helping Canadians turn their home ownership dreams into reality. We are a licenced mortgage brokerage and real estate office.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing

- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures,

banners, and advertisements

- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and

alignment with company goals

- Manage the company and its online presence, including website content and social

media channels

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

- Send out weekly newsletters to clients

- Call new leads and existing clients to market our services

- Ability to record and edit videos to post on social media is an asset

-Increase social media following

- Contact vis phone, text and social media professionals and individuals of influence

Experience:

-Completion of a digital marketing course

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis

- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes

- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign

performance

- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales

- Understanding of product management principles and techniques

- Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) for

creating targeted campaigns

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to record and edit videos to post on social media is an asset

-Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and other office related software

- Experience in the Mortgage and Real Estate sector is an asset
