We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team to work onsite. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and be able to develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a creative thinker who is comfortable working with data and analytics to measure the success of campaigns. The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative campaigns that drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Able to create effective content for mental health care (e.g., short videos, social media posts)
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Current and extensive knowledge of Google Ads and GA4
- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Develop content strategies for social media channels.
- Manage SEO/SEM activities, including keyword research and link building.
Part-time, one day per week commitment required in-office. Some work from home hours possible.
This position is funded through the Canadian Digital Adoption Program.

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
