Description
Provides strategic oversight of the initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing of all projects and programs and implementation of funded projects.
Develop and implement strategic priorities and programs/ services.
Liaises with Ochapowace Health team and other stakeholders to identify priority areas of action to address individual, family, and community.
Researches and assesses various health strategies and conduct needs assessments.
Develop reporting systems for the Health Department that support and link to the health strategic goals with the annual work plan.
Produces annual and semi-annual progress reports.
Accountable and responsible for ensuring that the liaises on a regular basis with leadership and Participants and various stakeholders to determine community priorities and concerns in the community.
Health updates and discussions that are taking place with FNHA.
Development of new programs and preparation of proposals to meet identified community health needs including cost analysis and evaluations.
Must prepare and present reports to the council monthly.
Must oversee and be in cooperation with Finance and perform a monthly Finance and budget review.
Other duties as assigned.
