About the Opportunity
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our organization's project portfolio, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Additionally, you will lead the development and implementation of robust Enterprise Risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's assets and reputation.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field required
Minimum of 7 years’ leadership experience with project services and/or Enterprise Risk management in an organization of significant size and/or complexity
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
Extensive experience in Enterprise Risk management, including the development and implementation of risk frameworks
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-RMP, or CRMA are highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation
Experience managing a wide range of complex projects and stakeholder teams, committees, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and consultation within a diverse range of stakeholder teams
Strong budgeting and project estimating skills
Proven record of success working with staff, contractors, consultants, developers and clients
Proven ability quality management principles and processes
Ability risk assessment and management principles and processes
Strong communication, planning, presentation and organizational and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, other departments, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
Strong knowledge of health care issues
Experience defining strategy, policy and process for a large, complex organization
Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to execute through effective delegation, motivation and oversight
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience in leading teams of staff with indirect accountabilities to other operational units
Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures
Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills
Clearly communicates the NSHA vision, mission and values
Experience in working with patient care leaders and staff across a large organization
Significant experience in managing employees and resources
