Responsibilities:
- Maintain high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and effectively assist customers with their inquiries and orders;
- Process customer orders with vendors and manage all aspects of order flow;
- Keep organized logs of customer follow ups and order timelines, flag delays or other information requiring extra attention;
- Maintain a high level of communication with customers and internal staff regarding orders and Logistics;
- Arrange for refunds, exchanges, and/or credits for returned, damaged, or delayed merchandise;
- Communication with clients and internal staff to resolve issues promptly and communication during all steps in the customer journey;
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services;
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase customer engagement;
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for efficient order processing and shipping;
- Implement and maintain effective transportation management systems for inbound and outbound shipments;
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in customer service/retail sales combined with knowledge/interest in interior design, home décor and lighting
- Helpful, self-motivated and resourceful
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Work independently with little supervision from home and in store
- Excellent communication skills in English (French asset)
- Basic math skills
