**URGENT** - Logistic Coordinator & Administrative Support
Lizotte Machine Vision – Riviere-Verte, NB

Lizotte Machine Vision is searching for a motivated, dynamic and versatile person to fill a permanent full-time logistic coordinator and administrative support position. The person filling this position will be in charge of coordinating the shipping and the logistic of our parts and machinery along with helping the managing team on administrative tasks such as: ordering offices supply, creating potential customer list, trip booking, and various other tasks.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the internal stocking and shipping of our customer spare parts order;
• Manage the expedition and tracking of various packages in Canada and in USA;
• In charge of booking and planning business trips to help the managing team;
• Write and distribute emails, letters and forms;
• Help with market research and potential customer list;
• Do any other tasks that can help the daily operation of the company;

Requirements :

• A college or university degree in business administration could be an asset;
• Being bilingual (french/english) and having a good knowledge orally and in writing of those two languages;
• Fluent with Microsoft Office and computers;
• Own a valid passport and driving licence;
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
• Good ability to work in a team;

Working Conditions :

• 40 hours a week;
• Salary between $20.00 and $24.00 an hour
